Costs for parking range from $10 - $20. Please note that some lots do not accept Canadian dollars.

 

Bus Parking is available in the lot on Perry and Michigan for $40, or in the FREE lot on Exchange Street (10 minute walk to arena).

Additional parking is available on Baltimore, Mississippi, and Columbia Streets

Box Office Hours:

Summer business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. On Arena event days, business hours are 9:00a.m. through the end of the event (Sundays: 10:00a.m. through end of the event). For your convenience, the First Niagara Center Box Office has 12 ticket windows available in the east end of the Pavilion located to the left of the Account Services Office.

The First Niagara Center, formerly known as HSBC Arena and Marine Midland Arena, is a multipurposeindoor arena located in downtown Buffalo, New York, USA. It is the largest indoor arena in Western New York, seating 19,070 fans in its normal configuration, and was constructed primarily for the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League, who have called the arena home since its opening in 1996, when it replaced the now-demolished Memorial Auditorium. What was originally known during construction as Crossroads Arena opened September 21, 1996, replacing the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium. The construction cost was $127.5 million, (approximately $192 million in 2016 dollars).

You may exit either of two exits:

  1. Exit 5 (Louisiana Street): the bottom of the exit, turn left.

  2. Turn onto Perry Street (1st light) or onto South Park Avenue (2nd light).

  3. First Niagara Center is straight ahead.

  4. Parking is available just past Michigan.

Alternative Route:

  1. Exit 6 (Elm Street): As you exit the 190, bear left to the ramp

  2. Turn right onto Seneca Street.

  3. Take Michigan Street over the bridge.

  4. First Niagara Center will be on your right.

  5. Parking is available in the lot and ramp off both Perry and South Park Streets.

If you take public transportation to the Center you will use the NFTA Metro Light Rail. Take the train to Special Events Station. From the station it is 0.1 mile walk to the center. The map is below.
